This grant opportunity focuses on improving map-making technologies to support missions in areas without GPS. The initiative aims to enhance traditional Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) techniques by integrating architectural knowledge and pattern recognition. This approach will enable the creation of more accurate maps by making informed predictions about environments, even with incomplete or noisy sensor data.
The enhanced mapping can benefit feature-poor areas like long hallways, offering richer information for users and autonomous systems to navigate, understand hazards, and plan movements. The project employs advanced machine learning and computer vision techniques to recognize architectural features such as hallways, walls, room layouts, and staircases, adding value over current SLAM methods. These advanced maps will help the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners conduct counter-weapons of mass destruction (WMD) missions with improved situational awareness. The project's effectiveness will be evaluated through ongoing experiments and exercises under the MACO program.

The Army's first AI focused program of record, delivering trusted Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the warfighter. Analytics support Intelligence Analysts and Operations Planners by rolling up individual equipment into units by echelon type and performing COA validation. Analytics are containerized microservices with integration into PM IS&A program of record (AIDP, TITAN).

ALFRED is a set of ML analytics to assist an Intelligence Analyst in tracking opposing forces on a congested battlefield. ALFRED was transitioned from DEVCOM to PM IS&A in April of 2024 and successfully integrated into the TITAN program of record. ALFRED received ATOs on multiple classified networks as part of the TITAN baseline and supported high profile exercises to date.

Support JWAC's mission is to provide combatant commands, Joint Staff, and other customers with effects-based analysis and precision targeting options for selected networks and nodes in order to carry out the national security and military strategies of the United States during peace, crisis, and war.
The JWAC CAPCON initiative is to obtain non-personal services necessary to provide:

Supporting the Navy's Virtual SYSCOM Commanders' (NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS). The SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is a Multiple Award task order contract that provides engineering, technical and programmatic support services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities:

Contract to execute RDAP activities, in order to provide CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Medical Devices, Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRN Information Systems to the Warfighter. JE-RDAP task/delivery orders awarded under the JE-RDAP MA IDIQ contracts will be competed as fair opportunity among the IDIQ holders.

Contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.
